# 1271713400 Library Mobile Book Bin Product Description:
Mobile Book Bin 36" wide, 27" deep, and 25" high. With six upper
compartments and six side compartments. Bin rolls on two swivel castors
and two fixed locking castors.
Materials:
Lumber: All exposed wood shall be Northern Red Oak free from all
detrimental defects and selected in uniform grade and color. Air and
kiln dried to final moisture content of 5 to 6%. This material will then
be allowed to condition a minimum of 30 days before machining.
Cores: All cores
are to be Type 1, Grade B, Class 2 panels and shall have a medium
density of 35 to 50 lbs./cubic foot. All specifications will follow the
guidelines outlined by the National Particle Board Association
specification AMST-D-1037-63T.
Veneer: Exposed
veneers shall be Grade "A" plain-sliced Red Oak not less than 1/28"
thick. Face veneers shall be free from splits, patches and detrimental
defects.
High pressure laminates:
Laminate material shall be .050" thick and will meet NEMA LD3 standards.
Backing sheet not less than .020" shall be used where appropriate.
Finishing:
Three-step process incorporating oil based stain to specified color,
Power Process Opticlear Pre-Catalyzed 25 degree lacquer sanding sealer
and topcoat 30-35 sheen. All parts sanded between coats.

Swivel Castors: 3" TP 5030-01-HDP-TLB.
HD Ridig Castors: 3" 5030R-01-HDP
Component
Specifications:
Top and sides of cart are ¾" thick solid oak using
face frame style construction with pocket screwed joints.
Ends are ¾" thick oak veneer MDF dadoed to accept
horizontal and vertical interior partitions.
Bottom is ¾" thick oak veneer MDF dadoed to accept
vertical partitions.
Center partition and bin partitions are ¾" thick
oak veneer MDF. The center partition is dadoed on both sides to accept
horizontal and vertical interior partitions. |
