Modular Cell Bunks & Desk

Bolt-on construction furniture is designed for use in modular concrete cell construction units. The modular cells are designed with mounting plates that are cast into the concrete. The modular cell furniture is then bolted to the mounting plates with break-off security bolts. The furniture may also be mounted in a similar fashion in steel modular cell systems. All the bunks feature a ten-gauge steel bed pan.

A.  Desk, bolt-on 

• These bolt-on desks have stainless steel tops (Eleven-gauge 304 alloy with a 3B high-polish finish) for a smooth and durable finish.
• 36'' x 19'' x  9''

• Mounts two inches from the wall.

     Lower bunk, bolt-on

• Mounts two inches from the wall.
• The rails on the lower bunk accommodate the footlocker property management system

C.  Handicapped Bunk, bolt-on

• Mounts flush to the wall.
• The back edge of the bunk is turned up two inches, the front edge is turned down two inches.
