Who Can Enroll in EMPLOY?

EMPLOY has strict qualifications for offender eligibility, thereby ensuring the offender has a desire to participate and succeed.

Minimum requirements are:

• 6 month minimum requirement in a MINNCOR position
• A positive work record within the facility - fulfilling all required shop safety standards and other evaluations 
• Leave shop position "ready for hire"
• Complete a résumé detailing work skills and past experience
